Gado - Gado

Gado-gado was one of the food that came from Indonesia that took the form of vegetables that were boiled and mixt was one, with the spice or sauce from peanuts that were refined was accompanied by the slice of the egg and was above spread the fried onion.
A little emping fried or crackers (there also are those that used prawn crackers) also was added.
Gado-gado could be eaten just like that like salad with the spice/peanuts sauce, but also could be eaten along with steamed rice or occasionally also was presented with the rice cake.

There were also vegetables that occasionally were cooked with hot steam.
